Households with messy faith are often operating their family faith in response to circumstances and not in response to the glory of God.
Every Father that calls upon the name of the Lord and every Mother who prays deeply for her family ought also express their hope and speak words of life into their home.
Our duty as faith-filled family leaders is to get ahead of the circumstances by responding daily to the hope of the Gospel. Letting the grace of God in our circumstances confirm the truth we have already taught them.
